Jonathon Weakley, PhD, is a Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning and Human Physiology at Australian Catholic University. Additionally, he holds a Visiting Research Fellow position at Leeds Beckett University. Jonathon has worked with professional sporting teams across Europe and Australasia, with a particular focus on the development of strength, power and muscle hypertrophy through resistance training and nutritional interventions. He currently consults for several sporting organisations and technology companies and has over 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts on the topics of strength and conditioning, exercise physiology, applied biomechanics, and nutrition.
