Completion requirements

There are 4 stand-alone microcredentials that can be undertaken individually or completed as a cluster to allow entry into the Graduate Certificate in Culinary Nutrition Science. These microcredentials present theory and practical components in culinary nutrition science for continuing professional development for a range of professions from nutrition and dietetics, to general practitioners, teachers and culinary professionals.

Students are required to follow the pattern of unit enrolment set out in the relevant Course Enrolment Guide, unless otherwise approved by the Course Coordinator. In all aspects of progress through the course, students will be advised by the Course Coordinator.

    UNMC593 microcredential content will be completed onine over the teaching period.

  • UNMC594Advanced Culinary Nutrition Science in Practice - Practical5 CP

    UNMC594 microcredential content will be completed over a 2-week intensive, or equivalent teaching period in Melbourne or North Sydney (e.g. over a series of weekends according to demand and resources).

  • UNMC597Advanced Culinary Nutrition Science in Practice - Practical - Virtual5 CP

    UNMC597 microcredential content will be completed online over the teaching period and at students' own pace in their own kitchens.

  • UNMC595Foods for Special Diets in Practice - Theory5 CP

    UNMC595 microcredential content will be completed onine over the teaching period.

  • UNMC596Foods for Special Diets in Practice - Practical5 CP

    UNMC596 microcredential content will be completed over a 2-week intensive, or equivalent teaching period in Melbourne or North Sydney (e.g. over a series of weekends according to demand and resources).

  • UNMC598Foods for Special Diets in Practice - Practical - Virtual5 CP
