This two-part microcredentials course, co-designed with industry experts, focuses on both the fundamentals of project management and their practical application.

These microcredentials will build on your existing capabilities, equipping you with the knowledge and tools needed to scope, initiate, and deliver projects of any size or complexity. You will also develop effective stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

The course aligns with modern project management standards and is delivered by experienced practitioners, providing you with current, real-world expertise that can be applied immediately in professional settings.

Courses Offered

  • UNMC125 – Project Management Fundamentals
    Learn the core principles and tools needed to manage projects effectively from start to finish.
  • UNMC126 – Applied Project Management
    Gain firsthand experience applying project management techniques to real-world projects, using collaborative tools and software.

Pathways for Further Study

Upon completing both microcredentials, you will receive credit equivalent to one unit (10 credit points) toward ACU’s Diploma in Business. You may also be eligible to apply for credit towards other undergraduate programs, subject to approval by course coordinator.
