In the Criminology minor stream you will gain understanding of criminological theory and aspects of the study of criminal offending and offenders to which psychology makes important contributions. You will be introduced to aspects of the law as it relates to the use of forensic psychology in criminal justice; to the issues of identifying at risk juveniles and how they might be diverted from a criminal career; and to the issues of reintegrating offenders into society as part of and/or on completion of their sentence.
