The ACU English Language Centre and Pathways Program are looking for volunteers who are keen to work with international students, and who are patient, friendly and welcoming.

You will need to be interested in learning about other cultures and have a good understanding about ACU and Melbourne culture, activities, events, systems and be interested in conveying this information to ACU new arrivals and off-shore students. Students from all faculties are welcome to apply.

The role

You will be:

  • meeting and interacting with students on-campus
  • helping them to adjust to the ACU environment
  • assisting them to build their English language confidence through program extra curricular activities
