Our Learning & Lifestyle Centres offer a range of programs which are designed to meet individuals NDIS goals. At the site, you will work with our amazing support workers to run group activities such as bowling, swimming, cooking, art, sports, communication, independent living skills or getting ready for work.

Geebung Business Solutions is a multi-award winning Australian Disability Enterprise. We employ 120+ people with a disability – our aim is for our Employees to meet their goals – whether that be learning new tasks, catching the train to work – whatever they want to do.

The role

Supporting people with disabilities to do activities of their choosing or learn new skills – whether it’s bowling or learning to cook. You will be working alongside our amazing support workers. At Geebung Business Solutions, you will be supporting employees with disabilities to thrive in a work environment by assisting them to learn new skills, work on goals and build relationships. You will be working alongside our amazing Employment Coaches and Production Operators. This is an active role that involves interacting with people all day.
