The Aged and Disability Services Branch forms part of the Community Strengthening Division. There are three business units within the Aged & Disability Services branch; the following two units provide a range of home and community-based services to support older people, people with disability and carers that help support people to live healthy, active, and independent lives.
The third unit, Community Planning, is committed to ensuring that Yarra is a place where everyone can live well. Living well means feeling included and active in the community. It means individuals can connect with other people and participate in everyday life. We focus on people with disability, and people aged 50+.
