A pilot program designed to equip new and experienced Trustees, Civil Directors, Board Members and senior Executives with the theological, ethical, and strategic frameworks necessary for mission-centred governance.

Endorsed by the Association of Ministerial PJPs (AMPJP) and grounded in contemporary research and insights, the GMLP is uniquely designed to grow leaders' capabilities in theological reasoning, questioning and resourcing within a governance and mission context. It will enable leaders to navigate ethical complexity, express their ministries' charisms in inclusive and generative ways, and shape a future based in faith and purpose.

Key themes include:

  • leadership as a response to baptismal and spiritual calling
  • faith and culture, including analyses of contemporary challenges
  • social ethics and Catholic Social Teaching in action
  • group dynamics, discernment and decision-making
  • theological and canonical perspectives on power, leadership and authority
