Children’s rights and wellbeing must be a national priority. As we head towards the 2025 federal election, we’re calling on all Australians to demand real leadership for children. Because no matter who they are or where they live, every child deserves to thrive.

The Institute of Child Protection Studies is proud to support the Act for Children campaign. The campaign urges the government to change the way they create policies for children. Right now, too many decisions ignore both the evidence and Australia’s human rights obligations, leaving children without the support they need. Governments must be held accountable for evidence-based action on child rights and wellbeing.
