Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred: Brisbane Campus closure update

ACU’s Brisbane Campus will remain closed until 11:59pm Tuesday 11 March, due to the impact of Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred.

Damaging winds, intense rainfall and dangerous flash flooding have impacted south-east Queensland in recent days.

All face-to-face classes on the Brisbane Campus have been cancelled to allow our students and staff to prioritise their safety and wellbeing.

Any online classes delivered by Brisbane-based staff will also be cancelled.

Students will receive further details via an announcement on Canvas.

We are closely monitoring conditions and will keep our community updated on plans to reopen the Brisbane Campus.

All campus services and facilities including the library, gym and sporting facilities, and AskACU remain closed.
