School programs with purpose
Explore our a range of programs for secondary school students, including on-campus tours, in-school visits, use of our campuses, and the opportunity to partner with an ACU student.
Explore Your Future – On-Campus
This on-campus program invites school students onto an ACU campus to engage in activities led by current university staff and students.
Students participate in a range of workshops and hands on educational activities designed to support their aspirations and increase awareness of higher education.
Days may include:
- A tour of the university
- Law
- Exercise and Sports Science
- Nursing and Paramedicine
- Allied Health including Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology
- Business
- Education.

Explore Your Future – In School
This in-school program visits your school to deliver activities to school students. These programs are led by current university staff and students.
Students participate in a range of workshops and hands on educational activities designed to support their aspirations and increase awareness of higher education.

Shadow a Student
School students are invited experience university life by accompanying a university student and join their lectures and tutorials on an ACU campus.
Space Provision
Schools are invited to conduct school activities on an ACU campus. This may include staff professional development days, urban camps or short workshops.
Year 12 Revision Workshops
Year 12 students are given the opportunity to attend workshops in the school holidays. Workshops are designed to increase confidence and performance in the student’s year 12 exams.
Uni Step-Up
Students are offered the chance to study first year university units while still at school. Currently, courses are available in the areas of Education, Health Science, Exercise Science, Arts and Business.

Uni Ready Now
Students are offered the opportunity to explore their interests and increase their academic preparedness. Delivered by our Widening Participation Student Ambassadors, these online modules will prepare them for Year 12 and beyond.
