The career development specialisation is designed for secondary teachers or other professionals who have responsibility for providing career advice. It focuses on the needs that individuals in schools and other educational settings have in responding to the pressures and opportunities presented by the current and future worlds of work. The career development specialisation has been endorsed by the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA).

A Specialisation group consists of 40cp.

Complete exactly 40 credit points from the following:

  • EDCD603Career Assessment Theory and Job Search Advising10 CP
  • EDCD604Advanced Coaching for Change10 CP
  • EDCD605Advanced Assessment for Coaching10 CP
