To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed the following prerequisites at year 12 level, or equivalent.

Completion requirements
To qualify for the Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Business Administration degree, a student must complete 350 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:
- 210 cp from Nursing units:
- 60 cp from Interdisciplinary Learning Units (Part A);
- 90 cp from Nursing Theory Units (Part B);
- 60 cp from Clinical Nursing Practice Units (Part C);
- 120 cp from Business Administration Specified Units:
- 110 cp from Business Administration Specified Units (Part D);
- 10 cp from Business Administration elective Units (Part E).
- 20 cp from University Core Curriculum Units. (Part F)
Progression requirements
Students normally complete a unit or units at an introductory level (100-level) in an approved sequence before undertaking advanced level units (200 or 300-level). Unit prerequisites have been minimised to assist student progression through the program. Prerequisites preclude students from enrolling in units where foundational knowledge is insufficient.
