Unit rationale, description and aim

This is the final unit in the Master of Global Learning and Leadership. This unit requires students to revisit the framework that was developed in the first unit of this program. The students interrogate the contexts they have encountered in the on-line global community this program offers. They reflect on the knowledge and skills they have developed by working with tutors and students from around the world, and discuss how they have applied this learning and its implications for leadership in their own workplaces, working lives, and in intercultural environments and cross-border relationships. Through this unit, students surface and begin to codify their learning and applications as a platform for further work and learning with global horizons.
