Unit rationale, description and aim

This unit acknowledges that no one theoretical insight provides full understanding of complex leadership contexts. This unit provides the opportunity for students to integrate and apply learning from previous units to extend and enhance their leadership practice. Students are challenged to synthesise different aspects of the theory and practice of Indigenous leadership and engagement to enhance its applicability to their specific workplace, organisation or community.
