North Sydney - Criminology and Law units
Strathfield - Arts units
In Sydney, Law subjects will be offered on the North Sydney campus, whereas most Arts and Philosophy units will be taught on the Strathfield campus.
EFTSL value of units : All 10cp units in this course have an EFTSL value of 0.125. Units with a credit point (cp) value of a multiple of 10 have corresponding EFTSL values.

Completion requirements
To qualify for the double degree, a student must complete 400 cp, as follows:
a. 160 cp selected from units listed as follows:
i. 60 cp from units listed in the Schedule of Unit offerings from the National School of Arts and Humanities at Part A:
ii. 40 cp from units listed in the Schedule of Unit offerings from the Schools of Theology and Philosophy at Part B: and
iii. 20 cp of University Core Curriculum Units (Part C); and
iv. 40 cp from units listed in the Schedule of Unit offerings from the Thomas More Law School at Part D.
b. 240 cp selected in accordance with the requirements for the Bachelor of Laws, consisting of:
i. 180 cp from Law Specified Units (Part E);
ii. 50 cp from Law Elective Units (Part F);
iii. 10 cp from Community Legal Engagement: Pro Bono Unit (Part G).
To qualify for the degree, a student must also complete at least 80 hours of 0cp pro bono placement (LAWP100) after completion of LAWS213 Community Legal Engagement: Pro Bono
Other requirements
Students are required to follow the pattern of unit enrolment set out in the relevant Course Enrolment Guide unless otherwise approved by the Course Coordinator. In all aspects of progress through the course, students will be advised by the Course Coordinator.
Progression requirements
Students normally complete a unit or units at an introductory level (100-level) in an approved sequence before undertaking advanced level units (200, 300, 400 level) in that sequence.
