Unit rationale, description and aim

This unit extends knowledge and skills in teaching Religious Education developed in RE Curriculum and Teaching Studies 1 with a particular focus on the senior secondary years of school. Key aspects of the unit are curriculum development and evaluation processes applied to the teaching of major areas of Religious Education such as world religions in the context of the multi-faith, multi-cultural religious education classroom, moral education, justice education and religious education curriculum beyond the classroom.
