Unit rationale, description and aim

This unit provides students with the opportunity to develop knowledge and understanding of the international legal environment through first-hand experience in another country. Students are expected to develop and demonstrate knowledge about a different legal environment. It enables students to develop an appreciation of the ways in which the law operates across national boundaries. Students are required to prepare a written assignment based on their experience and a report at the end of the tour.
