Before you arrive in Australia, we can help you arrange a one-way transfer from the airport to your accommodation. This airport reception service is provided by Astra Limousines.

Airport Transportation

Australian airports offer a variety of transport options to suit different needs and budgets. Major airports like Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane provide convenient access to taxis, rideshare services, and rental cars. Public transport is also readily available, with trains and buses connecting airports to city centres and surrounding areas.

Airport Pick Up

We can help you arrange a one-way transfer from the airport to your accommodation. This service is provided by Astra Limousines.

How to Book:

• Submit an Airport Reception Booking Form at least 72 hours (3 working days) before your arrival.
• Know your accommodation address before filling out the form.
• If your arrival details change, contact your ACU International Student Adviser at least 72 hours before your arrival.

Important Reminders:

• Our office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Bookings made during these times will be processed on the next business day.
• The driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals, holding a welcome sign with your name. Ensure your mobile phone is turned on upon arrival so your driver can contact you if needed.
• Remember to bring your booking reference number and the contact information for your accommodation. You may need to show these to the driver for verification purposes.

Brisbane

• Domestic and International Airport to Brisbane CBD - A$132.50
• Domestic and International Airport to up to 10 km radius outside Banyo: A$127.50

Sydney

• International Airport to within 15 km from the airport but no more than 10 km from the CBD - A$148.50
• Domestic Airport to within 15 km from the airport but no more than 10 km from the CBD - A$144.00

Melbourne

• International Airport to Melbourne CBD - A$147.50
• Domestic Airport to Melbourne CBD - A$137.50

Canberra

Airport to CBD (Sedan) - A$85.00 / People Mover - A$121.00

Note: All rates listed above are inclusive of GST, parking charges and tolls, so there should be no additional costs to those provided. However, additional costs may apply in the event of significant delays.

Payment

ACU will send you an invoice via email after the service is completed. No payment to the driver is necessary.

Cancellation charges

If you cancel on the day of your booking, a cancellation fee of A$120 will apply. You will be charged if you do not use the service.

Please ensure your mobile phone is turned on upon arrival in Australia so that your driver can contact you should you experience a delay in exiting immigration and customs. As this service has been booked at your request, you will be charged if you do not use the service.
