This form is used to allow international students aged under 18 to visit parent(s)/guardians offshore or to attend University supervised excursions for a set period of time instead of staying with the CAAW approved accommodation under the care of the approved welfare provider.

This form is used to allow international students aged under 18 to visit parent(s)/guardians offshore or to attend University supervised excursions for a set period of time instead of staying with the CAAW approved accommodation under the care of the approved welfare provider. 

This form is to be completed by the Caregiver. This form is in accordance with Standard 5.3.5 of The National Code 2018.

All approvals from ACU will be provided by email.

“Please note that Under 18 students cannot travel without the permission of ACU. Failure to report changes or leave the country without notice will result in the cancellation of the CAAW (Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare), which may result in the cancellation of student visa by the Department of Home Affairs.”
