Introducing the new ACU virtual Study Tour – a free resource for students

The ACU English Language Centre is very pleased to introduce you to the ACU Virtual Study Tour, a completely free digital education package.

Working in conjunction with eLearning specialists Liberate Learning, the Virtual Study Tour is intended to provide international students with a fun and engaging taste of university life in Australia. Hosted by Cristina, an ACU teacher and digital education expert, the tour explores some of Melbourne’s most iconic landmarks, including Flinders Street Station, the Bourke Street Mall and the Carlton Gardens before then moving on to ACU’s Melbourne campus, where there is an opportunity to get a real sense of university life in Australia.

 Throughout the tour, there are interactive videos, audio tracks and quizzes related to a broad range of cultural and language-based topics. We hope you might share the Virtual Study Tour with those students currently unable to come to Australia due to travel restrictions and those who are considering Australia as a study option in the future. The ACU Virtual Study Tour’s primary goal is to let overseas students know that they are greatly missed and that they will be warmly welcomed back to Australia as soon as it is once again possible.
