Eligibility

Essential requirements

  • Demonstrated research interest aligned to Professor Marsh's research in motivation, self-belief, well-being, self-concept, and self-determination in educational psychology.
  • Demonstrated strong quantitative research skills, including structural equation modeling, multilevel modeling, psychometrics, and related methodologies.

Desirable skills

  • Experience in research utilising machine learning and artificial intelligence.
