Caitlin is a Lecturer in Paramedicine and PhD candidate. Her thesis explores the lived experience of dual qualified nurse paramedics working for Australian ambulance services.

A critical care nurse and paramedic, she has worked for a variety of hospitals and ambulance services both nationally and internationally. She has a strong interest in health workforce issues.
