Jim Bright teaches and researches career development. He is the co-author of the Chaos Theory of Careers, which is the focus of his research work. He runs his own career development practice specialising in medico-legal assessment. He is also Director of Research and Impact for Become Education. He contributes a weekly column on career development to Nine Entertainment Newspapers.
