I am a Brain Australia Research Fellow and conduct postdoctoral research at the Neuroscience of Addiction and Mental Health Program, HBMRC. My work aims to longitudinally examine the neurobiological interplay between cannabis use and psychosis, currently with a focus on youth and diffusion MRI. My work also supports a global standardisation of cannabis metrics and consensus on the reporting of THC content in cannabis products, using mixed methods such as Delphi methodology and surveys, integrating multidisciplinary and international perspectives from expert researchers, industry and clinicians, and communities with lived experience. I am concurrently completing my PhD at the University of Melbourne which aims to unpack the behavioural and neurobiological correlates of psychotic experiences using computational modelling and neuroimaging techniques to understand how alterations in perceptual expectations go awry in psychosis.
