What is the Schools Recommendation Scheme?

The Schools Recommendation Scheme (SRS) makes yearly offers entry to domestic school leavers currently completing an Australian Year 12 or International Baccalaureate qualification in Australia.

Who can apply?

Any domestic student who is currently undertaking Year 12 or the International Baccalaureate qualification in Australia.

Eligible courses

The SRS is available for all ACU courses on the Blacktown, Canberra, North Sydney and Strathfield campuses, except those listed here:

  • Biomedical Science and combined degrees
  • Education and combined degrees
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Speech Pathology
  • Western Civilisation and combined degrees

ACU may also limit the number of offers made in some courses.

How to apply?

Submit your undergraduate admission application and a separate Schools Recommendation Scheme application via University Admissions Centre.

Selection criteria

We will take into account:

  • your Year 11 studies
  • school ratings.

Offers

You must have your preferred ACU SRS courses listed in your UAC preferences by the close of preference date for the November offer round.

ACU will make unconditional SRS offers through UAC in the November round.
