Overview

Our two postgraduate courses in Australian migration law and practice equip students with the knowledge, understanding and practical skills required to practice as a qualified migration agent in Australia. These courses emphasise problem-based, real-life interactive learning experiences. The graduate diploma is the minimum qualification for individuals seeking registration in Australia as a migration agent.

Upon successful completion of the diploma and the capstone exam administered by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), you may seek registration to practise as a registered migration agent. There are additional requirements for registration as a migration agent.

The Master of Australian Migration Law and Practice is for individuals seeking to accelerate their career through extended subject knowledge and improved personal and professional skills. After completing the graduate diploma, students can choose from a series of electives to deepen their knowledge and enhance their career ambitions.
