Students in Sydney undertake their Global Studies units at the Strathfield campus and their Law units at the North Sydney campus.

To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed the following prerequisites at year 12 level, or equivalent:

Completion requirements
To qualify for the degrees, a student must complete 400 cp consisting of:
- 140 cp selected in accordance with the requirements for the Bachelor of Global Studies, consisting of:
- 30 cp of Global Studies Specified Units (Part A);
- 10 cp of units from Global Studies List A (Part B);
- 10 cp of units from Global Studies List B (Part C);
- 10 cp of units from Global Studies List C (Part D);
- 40 cp from Global Study Abroad (with at least 30 cp normally at advanced level); or Global Studies International Internship (Part E);
- 20 cp from Global Studies Electives (Part F);
- 20 cp from Core Curriculum Units (Part G).
- 260 cp selected in accordance with the requirements for the Bachelor of Laws, consisting of:
- 180 cp from Law Specified Units (Part H);
- 60 cp from Law Elective Units (Part I);
- 10 cp from General Elective Units (Part J); and
- 10 cp from Community Legal Engagement: Pro Bono Unit (Part K)
To qualify for the degree, a student must also complete at least 80 hours of 0cp pro bono placement after completion of LAWS213 Community Legal Engagement: Pro Bono.
Progression requirements
Students normally complete a unit or units at an introductory level (100-level) before undertaking advanced level units (200, 300, 400 level).
