The Master of Family and Systemic Therapy is designed to advance the professional knowledge and skills of helping professionals so they can become family and systemic therapy practitioner-researchers. Graduates will be able to research their own practice, refining how best to conceptualise, formulate and plan sequences of interventions and treatment. This allows families to change and free themselves from complex current and/or multigenerational patterns of interaction emerging from social and emotional vulnerabilities and disadvantages.
Program Director Dr Sophie Holmes is joined by current students Jiayin and Allira, who will discuss their experiences studying family and systemic therapy at ACU.
